2. General rule: digital products
All Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups products are digital goods delivered instantly after successful payment.
All sales are final. Once a download has been made available, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued, except where mandatory statutory rights apply.
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are generally not possible after delivery.
3. EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, You may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless that right has been waived.
