2. Services provided by Hell's Blue Boy Mockups
At Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups, we create perfectly imperfect mockups from the streets of Thailand—raw, real, and a little noisy by design. Built for graphic designers, UI designers, and studios who want their work to feel lived-in, not polished to death.
Our website provides these mockups (the “Services”) to help you bring ideas to life—whether for presentations, client work, marketing, or design visualization. Use is permitted for non-commercial or commercial projects depending on the license you choose, as outlined in Clause 5 of these Terms of Use.
3. User account
Creating a user account on the Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups website is optional, but recommended. You can purchase and download mockups without registering, but an account keeps everything in one place—your purchased mockups are saved to your profile and ready to download anytime.

5. Intellectual property rights and licenses
5.1. Intellectual property rights
All content and materials available on Hell's Blue Boy Mockups website, including but not limited to mockups, logos, text, and graphics, are the property of Peter Nitsch Studio or third parties who have given permission to Peter Nitsch Studio and are protected by intellectual property (IP) laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from our website without our prior written consent.
5.2. Licensing & usage
Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups offers three license options: (1) Standard License, (2) Commercial License, and (3) Commercial Blue License. Each license grants different usage rights and limitations based on company size, project scope, and intended use.
The sections below outline the key conditions for each license.
(1) Standard License
The Standard License is intended exclusively for individuals, students, and freelancers operating as sole proprietors. It is strictly limited to personal use and self-promotion and does not allow any commercial activity.
You may use the mockups for presentations and pitches, internal communication, print materials, your website (non-ecommerce only), and organic social media content for personal branding or portfolio purposes.
Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. This includes client work, paid advertising, marketing campaigns, or creating products or services for sale.
The Standard License is granted solely to the individual named at checkout and is valid indefinitely. Sharing, transferring, or sublicensing the license is not permitted under any circumstances.
(2) Commercial License
The Commercial License is designed for freelancers, studios, and small teams with up to 10 employees and is valid for one (1) single project.
This license includes all permissions of the Standard License and additionally allows client work, use in final deliverables, studio or agency self-promotion (including e-commerce websites), organic social media, digital paid advertising, email marketing, and promotional print advertising.
Commercial use is permitted within the scope of the licensed project.
Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and Broadcast TV use are not allowed under this license. Use by companies with more than 10 employees is strictly prohibited.
Use by entities with more than 10 employees is not permitted.
The license belongs exclusively to the entity named at checkout. The mockups may be used by one party only—either you or your employer/client. You may provide your client with flattened images only. If editable source files are required, the client must purchase their own license based on their company size.
The Commercial License is perpetual. Sharing, transferring, or sublicensing is not allowed, except where explicitly permitted under Clause 5.3 of these Terms of Use.
(3) Commercial Blue License
The Commercial Blue License is built for agencies and studios with up to 50 employees and is valid for one (1) single project. It is intended for larger-scale commercial use.
This license includes all permissions of the Commercial License and additionally allows out-of-home (OOH) advertising and broadcast TV advertising. Use across presentations and pitches, internal communication, client websites (including e-commerce), organic social media, paid promotion (digital & physical), and email marketing is permitted.
Full commercial use is allowed for the licensed project.
Use by entities with more than 50 employees is not permitted.
The license is locked to the entity named at checkout. Only one party may use the mockups—either you or your employer/client. Clients may receive flattened images only. Editable source files require the client to purchase their own license based on company size.
The Commercial Blue License is perpetual. Transferring or sublicensing is not permitted unless explicitly allowed under Clause 5.3 of these Terms of Use.
5.3. License Transfer and Sublicensing
The rights granted under the licenses provided by Hell's Blue Boy Mockups are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, with specific exceptions outlined below:
5.3.1. Purchasing on Behalf of Employer or Client
If a license is purchased on behalf of an employer or client, that employer or client may use the mockups in line with the license terms. By completing the purchase, the user confirms they have full legal authority to bind the employer or client to these Terms of Use. If such authority is not in place, the employer or client is not permitted to use the mockups.
The license is exclusive to the entity named at checkout—only one party may use the mockups, either the user or the employer/client, not both.
5.3.2. Subcontractors
The user may allow subcontractors—such as printers or distributors—to access the mockups only for production or distribution tied directly to the user’s final project. These parties may not use the mockups for any other purpose. Any use beyond the specific project scope is strictly not permitted under this license.
The license holder is identified by the billing details or the entity named as the licensee during checkout, as shown on the receipt from Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups’ payment provider or on the invoice issued by Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups.
6. Prices and payments
The prices for each mockup are stated on the respective product pages and depend on the selected license. All prices are final prices. In accordance with the German Small Business Regulation pursuant to §19 (1) UStG, no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown. As VAT is not levied, it cannot be deducted or refunded. The provision of a VAT identification number is not applicable. The EU reverse-charge mechanism does not apply.
Payments can be made using the methods available on our website, including Shopify Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide payment information and complete the transaction. Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an electronic confirmation containing a summary of your order, the total amount charged, and the payment method used. This confirmation acts as your official receipt.
If payment cannot be processed, access to the mockups will remain locked until payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable period.
If you run into any issues while making a payment, please contact us through our contact page.
7. Delivery of mockups
All purchases made on the Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups website are digital only—no physical products are shipped. Delivery is completed via digital download of the mockup files.
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. All mockups are available for immediate download directly on the order confirmation page. Larger mockup collections are delivered in multiple ZIP files (for example, 3 downloads). This ensures reliable and fast downloads, as each file is kept under the 5 GB download limit.
8. Cancellation
Because our mockups are digital, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, the order can’t be canceled and refunds aren’t issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not available for any reason, including dissatisfaction or a change of mind.
If you believe something went wrong—such as a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevented access to your files—please contact us through our contact page within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review the situation case by case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement file or another solution at our discretion.
If you run into problems downloading your mockups, reach out to us through our contact page. We’ll help make sure you get access to what you purchased.
Hell’s Blue Boy Mockups reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders in cases of technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected violations of these Terms of Use. If this happens, we’ll notify you and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For any questions about cancellations or refunds, contact us via our contact page. We’ll do our best to sort things out.
